Check out the site map for the Buffalo Regatta and know where to find everything you need during the event .
Important Notes
1 . If you are dropping off , enter via the Nuffield Road entrance located off Settlers Way and exit via Military Road , or travel across the bridge and exit via Pontoon Road .
2 . If you are supporting the RMB Buffalo Regatta , enter via Pontoon Road on the East Bank , turn left into the Transnet Port Terminal and right towards Sea Spirit Fish Market . Vehicle parking is located near the river , on the opposite side of the river to the RMB Buffalo Regatta .
3 . School bus parking is provided at the same location as spectators .
4 . A shuttle service will operate for both participants and spectators from this location from 6am to 6pm .
5 . Henderson Road will be closed for traffic from the traffic control point at the corner of Pontoon Road and Nuffield Road . No vehicles will be allowed down this road , as it is reserved for trailer parking only . Be mindful of businesses operating in this
road during weekdays , and parking designated to businesses cannot be occupied and / or vehicles parked in .
6 . Do not park in front of any gates !
7 . Nuffield Road ( entry from Settlers Way ) until the Dr Zahn and Pontoon Road intersection will be treated as a one-way road .
8 . Parking in Nuffield Road will be allocated parking for officials only – they arrive before 5am .
9 . The Old Buffalo Bridge ( Pontoon Road ) is open to vehicles in both direction and pedestrians are permitted to walk across on the pedestrian section of the bridge .
10 . Access Control will be at the start of Henderson Street ( gravel road ).
11 . All persons entering the premises will need to have their temperature checked and will have to fill in the register daily to ensure Covid compliance .
