La Liga

Currently Real Madrid is placed 6 points below the leaders. Cristiano is the second joint top scorer however he failed to score in two key games for Real Madrid which could have changed a lot. The derbi against Atleti and the clasico against Barcelona. He provided one assist in el clasico but he only shot on goal once and he received a yellow card following a complain against the referee. During the derbi we saw sparks of his talent however he was nowhere near the level he can reach in important games. Again only one shot on goal and a very low 69% pass success rate.

Gareth Bale

The alliance of the two stars is something we can look forward to in the upcoming months. Bale just recently finished his preseason with Real Madrid and has only played three games, none of them from beginning to end. Despite this, we have been able to see Gareth score once and fabricate a penalty which ended up in the back of the net thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo. May the inCRediBALE times roll out soon.

Ronald

When that kid jumped onto the pitch in the United States, everyone was amazed by Ronaldo's reaction. A lot was said about the topic and the latest rumors suggest that Cristiano offered to pay for Ronald's education. While I do not know if this is true, Cristiano has been following the events closely and he event wrote a letter to ask for the charges against the youth to be dismissed. For some this may come as a surprise but I think others are already used to this kind of treatment by the Portuguese captain.

What's to come

There will be no rest for our star in these upcoming months. November will be a huge month for Cristiano. Firstly, he must lead his national team to Brazil and secondly, Real Madrid must go back in track to cut those 6 points that separate us from FC Barcelona. The machine never rests, the machine never disappoints.

"I'm not crazy to change the position of a player who scores 60-70 goals a season"
