"Meme Güzelleştirme"

ith summer quickly approaching, one of
the most demanded applications is breast
augmentation surgery. I prefer to call breast
augmentation “breast beautification” instead because
I think the most important result of this operation is to
achieve a proportionate look. Based on my experience, I
can say that disproportionality between large breasts and a
smaller body size makes patients unhappy in the long term.
All this being said, “breast beautification” emphasizes
firmness, not size.
I conduct the breast beautification procedure in
two different ways. The first is the classic use of silicone
implants, the other one is fat injections.
With the first method, evaluation of the patient’s weight
and height determines the size of the silicone implants.
There are many other things to consider in this process
as well, however. For example, for mothers, a prosthesis
is not enough to solve sagging breasts since breastfeeding
has already loosened the skin so much. The prosthesis
needs to be placed under the muscles and fat needs to
be injected under the skin. This way the patient doesn’t
feel the prosthesis, the prosthesis doesn’t move and most
importantly, this technique provides a natural outcome.
The second method uses the fat transfer system of which
I have developed. Formally, it is known as the Cihantimur
Fat Transfer, and it uses the patient’s own fat as a filler.
I usually take regional fats from the abdomen,
buttocks and waist and without exposing them to
air, I enrich their stem cells. When they are ready
for injection, we transfer them to the patient’s
breast, which creates a highly natural look.
The injection is done through several points
with an injector and it doesn’t leave a single
scar. If firmness is required, the Spiderweb
Method can be applied as well.

Yaz yaklaşırken en fazla talep edilen uygulamalardan
birisi de meme büyütme cerrahisi oluyor. Meme büyütme
operasyonlarına “Meme Güzelleştirme” demek istiyorum
izninizle; zira ben göğüslerin mevcut vücut proporsiyonuna
uyumlu olması gerektiğini savunuyorum. Olması gerekenden daha büyük bir görüntünün ileride hastayı mutsuz ettiğini tecrübelerime dayanarak söyleyebilirim. Bu doğrultuda
“Meme Güzelleştirme”de önemli olan irilik değil diriliktir.
İki farklı yolla meme güzelleştirme operasyonunu yapıyorum. Bunlardan birincisi klasik silikon protez kullanımı
diğeri ise memeye yağ enjeksiyonudur.
Protez kullanılarak yapılan meme güzelleştirmede hastanın boyu, kilosu ve kullanacağımız silikon; protezin boyutunu belirler. Ayrıca, özellikle doğum yapmış kadınlarda
maalesef sadece protez kullanarak sorunu çözümleyemiyoruz. Emzirme döneminden sonra deride gevşeklik oluşuyor.
Protezin kas altına konması ve deri altına yağ enjeksiyonu
yapılmasıyla mevcut form kaybı gideriliyor. Bu teknik, hastanın protezi hissetmemesini sağlar; protezin yer değiştirme
ihtimalini aza indirger ve en önemlisi doğal bir duruş kazanılmasına fayda sağlar.
Soyadımla anılan Cihantimur Yağ Transfer sistemini
kullanarak yaptığım meme güzelleştirme uygulamasında
ise hastamın kendi yağını dolgu olarak kullanıyorum. Genellikle karın, kalça, bel gibi bölgelere biriken bölgesel yağı
havayla temas ettirmeden dışarı alıp, kök hücreden zengin
hale getirip, enjeksiyona hazır hale getiriyorum. Bu kök
hücreden zengin yağ, hastanın memesine transfer edildiğinde her şeyden evvel muazzam bir doğallık sağlıyor. Göğüslere noktasal girişlerle enjeksiyon yapılıyor ve herhangi
bir iz kalmıyor. Dikleştirme gerekiyorsa, burada da örümcek ağı estetiğinden faydalanılabilir.
