How do you anticipate behavior changes, needs for new
services and products of your guests?
The managing style I practice at the hotel is a lot like a pilot
flying a plane – 100 percent perfection, no room for error. This
means that every day, we must exceed the results of the previous
days. Every customer must leave the hotel with a smile. Up-todate services and technical equipment plus effective marketing
decisions are used to attract and invite more guests. Innovation is
the name of the game to stay ahead!

Bir oteli yönetmek, tıpkı bir pilotun uçağı kullanışı gibi yüzde yüz kusursuz olmak zorunda. Bu da her gün, önceki günlerin
sonuçlarını aşmamız gerektiği anlamına geliyor. Her bir müşteri,

What are your development goals over the next years? What
do you expect for 2015?
Our goals are to contribute to the positioning of Rixos Hotels
Worldwide as a leading 5 star hotel brand and to showcase our
capabilities at the new Rixos at the Expo 2017 location. 2015
has been a difficult year with several factors affecting the market
performance. These factors are temporary and I expect the markets
to pick up strongly after the summer.
