What are your most and least favorite ingredients to work
with?
I believe a cook should love every instrument in his kitchen
since all serve different functionalities. We, chefs and cooks, see
them as an extension of our limbs. If we lose one of them, our
whole work gets effected. If you are asking about my most and
least favorite food ingredients, then there three ingredients that are
irreplaceable for me: olive oil, fresh thyme and garlic. These three
never fail to give a great result, which is proven by our guests’
continued positive feedback.
Could you name three dishes at Rixos Thermal Eskişehir that
your guests shouldn’t miss?
For red meat lovers, I recommend Eskişehir’s Meatballs which
is unique to Eskişehir and favored by our guests. For vegetarians,
I recommend “Exotic Salad” with fruits and a special sauce- truly
a great salad that deserves to be tasted. My recommended dessert
is the “Warm Sesame Paste Cake,” which is an exclusive taste of
Rixos Thermal Eskişehir. Our guests usually don’t leave the hotel
without trying this dessert.
What tips would you offer young chefs just getting started?
They should never get tired of studying. While learning a
profession, they need to act like a thief, stealing every trick seen
and experienced. Taking notes can be very useful. These would be
my recommendation.

üç lezzet, bir yemeği tatlandırmak için yola çıkarsa asla başarısız
