Junior Improv Academy
Lights, Camera, Action –
Improvisation builds confidence, improves speaking skills, teaches
you to think on your feet & most importantly, is fun! This class will
surely help develop or enhance their love for theater. There will be
a performance for the families on the last day of class.

Making Your Own Star WarsTM Movie
Aspiring Actors’ Academy
Whether your child has a natural desire to be in the limelight or is
in need of a confidence boost, this class is for them! Come to burn
some energy, play improvisational games, role play, perform reader’s
theater, write a monologue & most importantly, have fun! This
class will surely help develop or enhance their love for Theater.

Annual Summer Riverside Chess
Scholars Tournament
If your child knows the rules of chess, he or she is ready to
participate in this tournament! Chess sets will be provided. Every
child will play all 5 games. Top ten scorers in each section will
get trophies or medals. Chess sets and software will be available
for purchase. Lunch is included.

very own Star Wars™ movie using special digital movie making
cameras and software. As directors and producers we will work
in teams to create our own story and script, build various Star
Wars™ Lego® scenes and film our own movie. We will use
graphic editing techniques and stop motion animation, add
background noise and music, and show our movie at a private
screening on the last day of class. All students will get a copy of
their movie after class is complete.

Movie Making 101 – Making Your
Own Harry Potter™ Movie
What’s the next adventure for Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione?
It’s up to you! We will create our own Harry Potter™ movie using
special movie making cameras and software. As directors and

script, build scenes out of Lego®, use Lego® Harry Potter mini
figures as characters and film our own movie. We will use graphic
editing techniques and stop motion animation, add background
noise and music, and show our movie at a private screening on
the last day of class. Students will also receive a copy of their
