The Quest to Cori’s: Kids Triathlon
Class
Have you been hesitant to register for the Cori’s Kids Triathlon
because you just don’t know what to expect? Or would you like
to fine-tune your transitions and events through helpful tips from
pros? If you answered ‘yes’ to either, this is the class for you!
Gain not only the confidence, but the know-how on completing
Cori’s Kids Triathlon successfully. This special event is a great way
for kids to learn more about their bodies and satisfy their inner
drive in a healthful manner. Work with a seasoned instructor on
how to conquer the swimming event, learn all the tips and tricks
on comfortable running, the importance of smooth transitioning,
and so much more. Races can sometimes be overwhelming…
after completing this class, you will be confident enough to join

for them! They'll move to funky beats and dance to all sorts of
music. They'll dance and get some exercise along the way!!
Please send students wearing gym shoes and clothes they feel
comfortable moving in.

Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art and one of the oldest forms
of unarmed combat but also meditative in nature. We explore the
mind/body experience in a fun and informative format while getting
a full body work out. This class is also ideal for those interested in
stretching, building their confidence and learning self-defense
techniques. Our instructor is Black Belt certified through the
World Tae Kwon Do Federation in Korea. Participants should wear
loose fitting clothing and bring a water bottle to class.
