Il Teams up with WIN to offer first Aid
Starting this year, ALL students taking a health course must participate in a CPR/First Aid training in order to meet the standards outlined by the district to earn credit. Thursday, December 12th, River's Edge students had the opportunity to take the course offered by our school nurse. Students in independent learning and WIN spent the morning learning the appropriate response when someone is in distress and might require immediate medical attention.

A Eastern Washington University recruiter was on campus Monday in Jennifer's room to help students begin to make critical decisions about post-secondary education options. The session was well attended.
