There are several small, clean, safe beaches and bays with warm clear blue seas. It is located around 70km from Bodrum airport, with a new road under construction to reduce transfer times. Building regulations in this area restricts overbuilding, keeps developments low rise and low density whilst denying any construction close to the beach therefore keeping beaches open to the public.
