You can in-fact use any fruit
for this recipe and any yoghurt
considering they still hold the
mass of 450g, get creative and
try out new flavours.
This is a very simple recipe
and takes less than 5 minutes
to make, you don’t have to
have any cookery skills at all.
Firstly pour your
frozen fruit into a
blender along with
the other items listed
above and blend,
until smooth.
The porridge oats
add as thickener
and will make your
smoothie taste nicer.
Once all is blended
stir in the mixture,
and proceed to fill
even glasses with the
drink.
This recipe normally
creates 4 drinks,
but you can add
or remove mass to
match how many
drinks you want to
make.
