On the front, the ground floor rises up to embrace a wide panoramic bay
window creating a fluid, light-filled interior. In other openings,
screen-printing technology protects certain perspectives. Depending on
the use of the rooms behind, the interior can be shaded or penetrated
by the sunlight. To the rear of the block, the offices are clad in a
double metal mesh with a pattern inspired by the neighboring brick
facades. That skin regulates the ventilation and the sunlight, creating
a secluded atmosphere in the offices.
