Royal Lodge ; and to make Peace among the Brethren , if there should be any Coolness subsisting – To Exclude the obstinate , and those that will not submit to these Statutes & Regulations –
6 . thly The Most Valorous Princes of Jerusalem , have a Right to sit with their hats on , as also the Knt . s of East & West , during the works of the Symbolic Lodges or Lodges of Perfection , if they think proper – Nevertheless , they cannot Enjoy their Privileges , unless , they are known to be such , and properly decorated with the ornaments & attributes of their dignity ’ s –
A Knight of the East will have the right , when a Prince of Jerusalem is not present , to require a full account of whatever work has been done in the Lodge ; to see whether its Constitutions are valid and in form ; to reconcile matters among the brethren , if there be coldness or contention among them , and to exclude any one who obstinately refuses to submit , and any who will not of their own accord pay obedience to the Statutes and to the Laws contained in our Secret Constitutions and others , whether in a Lodge of Perfection or a Symbolic Lodge .
5 th . The Valorous Princes of Jerusalem and the Knights of the East are entitled to sit covered during the labours of a Lodge of Perfection or Symbolic Lodge , but they enjoy their privileges only when legally known , and when clothed with the decorations and insignia of their rank .
7 . thly 5 . Valorous Princes of Jerusalem , shall have Power to Form a Council of Knt . s of the East , where , whe none is Establish d and they shall be Judges , but be oblig ’ d to give Notice to the Sov . n Gr . d Council of their Proceedings , or give the same , to the nearest Insp . r or his Deputy – They are authorized , so to do , by the Power that hath been given to their Ill . s Predecessors , by the People of Jerusalem , at the Return of a very glorious Embassy & c & c & c

In Order to Establish rightly all the Particular councils , and Order among the Free Knt . s and Princes Masons ; a regular Correspondence shall be kept , and they are to send every year , from every particular Council , to the Sov . n Gr . d Council ; a particular catalogue , of all the Particular , Regular and Authorised Councils , and also the Names of the Officers belonging to them – They shall also , give Notice in the Course of the Year , of any interesting Changes that may happen , in said Catalogues –
6 th . Five Valiant Princes of Jerusalem may form a Council of Knights of the East , where none is Established – They shall be Judges , but oblig ’ d give an account of their work to the Sovereign Grand Council , and to the nearest Grand Inspector or his Deputy , in writing . Their authority as Judges is derived from the powers given their illustrious predecessors by the people of Jerusalem , on their return from their embassy to Babylon .
ARTICLE XXXII .
To establish among all the Subordinate Councils , and among all the Illustrious Knights and Princes-Masons , a regular system of correspondence , they will send every year to the Sovereign Grand Council , and to each particular Council , a general statement of all the particular Councils regularly constituted , and of the names of the officers of the Sovereign Grand Council of the Sublime Princes , and will give information , during the year , of any changes of importance since the last statement .
