The Constitutions of 1762 , 1771 Grand Lodge of England and Wales Francken Manuscript . portant ratification des travaux des dites LL .: faits depuis leur première Constitution , et pour les dites Lettres de ratification il sera payé entre les mains du Trésorier la somme de 12 LL et les dites prendront rang de la datte , de leurs premières Constitution the East , or Lodges of perfection , or any other Lodge , and when they are known and furnished with authentick Titles , and Decorated with the ornaments of their dignities , Either at the door of grand councils , councils of kn . ts of the East , or Lodges of Perfection & c , they shall be Received with all the Honors that are due to them , and shall Enjoy in all places all their Privileges and Prerogatives – and the Inspector as well as the kn . ts Princes Masons when they shall visit a Royal Lodge of perfection or any other Lodge whatsoever the T . P . grand Master or grand wardens of such Lodge shall send 5 officers dep . ties In dignity to Introduce the Prince Insp . r with all the Honors due to him in y . e Lodge in such manner as will more fully Explain ’ d hereafter –

Nouvelles constitutions . - Pour établir l ’ uniformité , la régularité et L ’ Harmonie dans toutes les LL . régulières de France , il sera délivré par la G . L . de France à toutes les LL . par elle régulièrement constituées de nouvelles Lettres de constitution sous la forme fixée et arrêté par la G . L . à la date des constitutions primitives des dites Loges . Il sera seulement payé pour les dites Constitutions frais de parchemin sceau et expédition la somme de 6 LL entre les mains du Trésorier .
Art cle 29 th –
1 st The Princes of Jerusalem being the valorous Princes Sublime and chiefs of Masonry Renewed , own no Honor , but to the Sub . me Noachites , knights of the Sun , kadoch & the Sublime Princes of the Royal Secret , our Illustrious chiefs –
2 d T [ he ] Princes of Jerusalem have a Right and Privilege , to annul and repeal , all that might have been done inconsistent to the orders & Laws , in a council of knights of the East , and also in a Royal Lodge of Perfection and in any other Lodges whatsoever , Provided nevertheless , that there is not Present any of the Sublime Princes of a Superior degree –
3 dly When a Prince of Jerusalem shall be announced to be at the door of a Royal Lodge & c as his Titles and ornaments will demonstrate – the T . P . of such Lodge shall send four brothers officers deputies in Dignity to Introduce and attend him . when he Enters cover ’ d , his sword drawn in his right hand – with the sign of Battle on him , his shield on his Left arm , and cuirassed if he pleases –
