Art . 20
Visite des LL . régulières . - La Grande Loge fera visiter une fois l ’ année toutes les LL . particulières de la ville par les FF . experts visiteurs ou autres membres de la L . du conseil nommés à cet effet . Le secrétaire général fera part à la Grande Loge des avis qu ’ il recevra de la tenue des d . LL . Les d . FF . experts visiteurs s ’ y rendront , examineront les travaux , les registres , les constitutions , le tableau de la L ., ils dresseront leur procès-verbal qui sera signé par les officiers dignitaires de la d . Loge , et le rapporteront à la prochaine Grande Loge . Ne pourront cependant les d . experts visiteurs , présider à la d . L ., Interrompre les travaux , ni relever publiquement les irrégularités , à moins qu ’ ils ne soient requis par 1a d . Loge particulière .
Artic le 20 –
Deputies of the grand council shall visit particular councils ; and those again shall visit Lodges of Perfection – Examine their works , Registers , their constitutions , the catalogues and List of said councils and Lodges of Perfection – Those Inspect . rs shall draw up a verbal process of said Proceedings , sign ’ d by the officers in dignity of said councils and Lodges , and the Protractor shall attain them as soon as possible to the Sovereign grand council , directed to the grand Secretary general ; those aforesaid Inspectors or viewers shall always preside in those councils and Lodges they visit – - and make their visits as often as they please without any opposition , from any of the officers or members of said councils or Lodges whatsoever under the penalty of disobedience and Interdiction for such is our Pleasure –

Neuf officiers ouvrent la L . - Dans les LL . de conseil régulièrement convoquées lorsqu ’ il se trouvera neuf nombres ils ouvriront les travaux à l ’ heure dite , et les règlements qui seront entre eux passés à la pluralité des voix , auront force de loi comme si les autres membres convoqués avaient été présents .
Art . 22
Indécence punie . - Dans les LL . de Conseil , si un membre se présente en état indécent par intempérance ou autrement , ou s ’ il commet quelques fautes graves capables de nuire à L ’ Harmonie qui doit régner en L ., il sera admonesté pour la 1 ° fois , pour la seconde il sera condamné à une amende payable sur le champ , et pour la 3 ° il sera privé de sa dignité à laquelle la L . de conseil pourra nommer par voie de scrutin et il en demeurera exclu .
Art le 21 st –
In the meeting of the Sovereign gr . d council of quarterly communication Regularly called together , and if only 7 members present they shall open the work at the usual hour ; and those regulations which shall be made and passed by a plurality of votes among them , shall have the same strength of the Laws , as if the other members had been present –
Art le 22 d –
In the meeting of the Sovereign gr . d council , if any member shall appear in an Indecent manner , Either being heated with Liquor or otherwise , commit any fault Tending to destroy that Harmony which ought to subsist in those Respect . ble meetings ; he shall be admonished for the first time , for the 2 d time he shall be fined , w . h fine he shall pay Imediatly ; and for the 3 d offence he shall be deprived of his dignity – and if a majority of votes of the grand council is for his Expulsion he shall be Expelled –
