Art . 16
Ordre de caisse et payement . - Il ne sera délivré par les substituts présidents premier et second S . S , ou substitut à l ’ exercice aucun ordre de caisse sur le Trésorier qu ’ en vertu de délibérations de la Grande Loge , laquelle sera mentionnée , dans le d . ordre , ainsi que l ’ emploi des fonds , qui ne pourra jamais être relatif aux dépenses des banquets qui seront tous faits à piquenique .

Compte du trésorier . - Après la 1 ° assemblée d ’ après le jour de la St-Jean d ’ hiver , le grand Trésorier rendra ses comptes en Grande Loge de conseil .

At the first meeting of the gr . d council after the 27 th of December , the grand Treasurer shall render in his account –

No orders for money upon the Treasurer shall be valid , unless those made is a full meeting of a grand council – and no money out of stocks shall defray any of the charges any of the charges at any of the council meetings in ordinary , but be paid , out of the Respective Members their own purses –

Maitre accusé : point de voix . - S ’ il est porté en Grande Loge quelques mémoires , requêtes ou plaintes d ’ une L . dont le Maitre soit membre de la L . de conseil , il ne pourra donner sa voix dans cette affaire , ni même son avis , s ’ il n ’ en est requis par le Président .
Art . 19
Dépositions d ’ officiers . - Le substitut Général et les deux Grands Surveillants ne pourront être déposés qu ’ en Grande L . de communication de quartier pour cause légitime et rapportée dans la délibération mais les d . officiers pourront donner leur démission en L . de Conseil , le substitut général ne pourra être remplacé que sur la nomination seule du Grand Maître , et les Grands SS . en grande Loge de communication à la pluralité des voix .
Article 18 th
Any memorial , Petition or complaint , that shall be brought , before the Sovereign grand council – from a council , whose President is present in the grand council , said President (: tho ’ a member of the grand council :) has no vote , in the debates of his councils complaint ; nor has he Leave to speak In said debates , as said complaints must all be brought in writing , unless the President of the Sub . me grand council shall call and require some Ecllarishment ( in said debate ) of the said president and member –
Artic le 19 th
The Substitute general and the 2 grand officers , cannot be deprived of their office , but by the grand council of quarterly communication on Legal complaints being made and brought in deliberation – and then their abdication shall be made in full grand council – The Substitutes generals place can only be filled up again by the appointment of the Sovereign of Sovereigns and Most Powerful chief and the Two first grand officers in grand council of quarterly communication , by the plurality of votes –
