The better to Maintain good order and Discipline , the Sov . n Grand Council of the Sub . me Princes of the Royal Secret , shall meet only once a Year , to proceed in Masonic Work ; when , none shall be admitted to the Sublime and Final degree of Masonry , but the 3 oldest Knt . s of the Sun , who shall be Proclaimed in the Gr . d Lodge of Perfection and others –
Art .< 34 . th > 32 Holy days to be kept by the knights & Princes Masons –
1 . st The Valorous Princes of Jerusalem , shall privately celebrate the Holy day on the 20 . th of March , a Memorable day , when their Ancestors made their Entry into Jerusalem –
2 . dly They shall celebrate the 23 . d , day of September , when they shall give Thanks to the Lord for the Rebuilding of the Temple –
The Knt . s of the East , shall solemnise , the Only day , of the Re Eedification of the Temple of the Living God , the 22 . d of March and September , the Equinoctial days , or the Renewing of the Long and short days , in Memory , that , the Temple , was Rebuilt twice – All the Princes are oblig ’ d to go to the Council of the Knt . s of the East ; and the Work is not to be opened but with the necessary ceremonies –
The Gr . d El . t Perf . t & Sublime shall solemnize the 24 . th of June & 26 . th of Dec . r – The dedication of the Temple , the __ day of the month of __ When the Knt . s Perft . Masons , shall be Decorated with their ornaments –
ARTICLE XXXIII .
To maintain order and discipline , the Sovereign Grand Council of the Sublime Princes of the Royal Secret will meet but once a year , to proceed in their Masonic labours . At such meeting there will be admitted to the Sublime and last degree of Masonry no more than three of the oldest Knights Adepts , who will be proclaimed in the Grand Lodge of Grand Elect Perfect Masters , whether in Council , Chapter , etc .
ARTICLE XXXIV .
FEAST-DAYS , which the Knights Princes-Masons and Valorous Princes of Jerusalem are bound specially to celebrate .
1 st . The 20 th of November , the memorable day when their ancestors made their entry into Jerusalem .
2 d . The 23 d of February , to praise the Lord on account of the rebuilding of the Temple .
3 d . The Knights of the East will celebrate the Holy Day of the rebuilding of the Temple of God , the 22 d of March and the 22 d of September , which are the equinoctial days , when the day and the night respectively begin to lengthen ; in memory of the fact that the Temple was twice builded . All the Princes-Masons are bound to attend the Council of the East to celebrate these two days ; and that body must , on such occasion , be opened in due form .
4 th . The Grand Perfect Elect will also and in a special manner celebrate the dedication of the First Temple on the 5 th day of the third month , which answers to our month of July ; on which occasion the Knights and Princes-Masons are to wear all their decorations .
These Statutes , are to be observed by all our Inspectors and Deputies ; and to cause the same , to be Read , and Received in all Private councils , as well , as in all Gr . d Councils whatsoever –
