t a time when many real estate companies are feeling the pinch of a down economy,
Long Island’s venerable Coach REALTORS ®—celebrating its 60 th anniversary in
2014—has been able to post marketshare gains every year since the financial
collapse of 2008. That’s an impressive accomplishment, and one they have managed to
achieve in each of the last 10 years, in fact. Coach has also grown in size in each of the last
10 years. The reason behind this success is no secret, says Coach Operations Chief LP Finn.
