Hello and thank you for opening the winter edition of Waypoint Insurance Risk & Business Magazine . I ’ d like to start by welcoming you to 2021 and commend you all for persevering through the struggles that came with this past year . The year 2020 was a curveball for us all , but the team here at Waypoint rolled up their sleeves and pivoted to a new way of doing business , literally overnight , to continue taking care of our clients . Preserving the health and safety of our valued staff and clients remains our top priority .
A huge thanks again to all of our frontline workers whose bravery and dedication to keeping our communities safe and healthy is so appreciated . We will continue to show our support in any way we can .
