It ’ s amazing how quickly things can change in the business environment . Not too long ago , we were dealing with great uncertainty facing the future of many businesses and industries , and now the headlines are filled with concerns about the economy overheating , resulting in higher inflation , materials shortages , and staffing issues . It certainly makes it a challenge for any business to have to develop a business plan and budget . But I would say the problem of growing too fast instead of not fast enough would be the lesser of the two evils , and it is exciting to see people out and about again , which is a good thing for business .
