After spending some unexpected time over the past month visiting relatives in different hospitals and health care facilities , I have gained an even greater appreciation for the doctors , nurses , and staff that work diligently to ensure the best outcome possible for the patient while also tirelessly communicating information to emotional family members on a regular basis . I thought I have had some tough days in the office , but I certainly have a better appreciation for the difficult work others have to do in their jobs — and still keeping a positive attitude day after day !
This ties into our client spotlight article for this issue . In addition to being a longtime client , the commitment to providing exceptional service to others over many years is why I am pleased to include a spotlight article in this issue on ReliaCare Home Health . We are excited to share their story and how they have been able to continue to grow their business and provide quality service for those in need of personal care .
We have also included an article on employee benefits liability insurance . As employers fight to retain and attract talented employees , many are finding that they need to add or enhance employee benefits in order to stand out from competitors . This is often a win-win situation , but it does put more liability risk on the employer as they need to make sure the administration of benefits is handled in a uniform manner and employees receive the benefits they are entitled to receive .
