n our second issue of McFarlan Rowlands Risk & Business
Magazine, there are a few things we hope have become clear.
One of those things is that our end-goal in the insurance
business is to provide our customers with exactly what they
need for their business to function properly. In other words: We
are driven by your needs, not our wants. We put an emphasis
on helping you succeed in your business. Though we are a big
firm, we have remained in the local community and strive to
maintain small-town relationships with our clients.
With that in mind, we have extended some of our service
offerings. As one of the leaders in both agricultural insurance and
legal expense insurance, we have no shortage of professionals
on our staff qualified to handle unique exposures in specialized
industries. Additionally, we provide cyber insurance, which is
becoming more of a requirement for many businesses and less
of a “want”, given the expanding electronic marketplace.
The changes in weather patterns have increased the need
for flood coverage as well, something which is only recently
becoming more common. Given the drastic increase in flood
damage in recent years, however, adding flood coverage to your
policies has become commonplace. We are happy to assist you
with flood coverage in any way that we can.
