Welcome to the third issue of McFarlan Rowlands Risk &
Business Magazine. We can trace our roots back to 1896, and
we are still traditional in that we value personalized service.
We emphasize this approach by serving our clients through
fourteen locations in southwestern Ontario. Our staff members
are dedicated to providing local, personal, and professional
insurance advice in the communities where we live and work.
No matter the size of your business, we will provide the same
local services at any one of our locations. If you are a small
business owner, you’ll know that we will be there every step of
the way as you grow your clientele. In our first issue, I mentioned
how we recently invested in a mobile app for our personal lines
clients, MyMcFarlan. It allows our clients to have access to their
insurance information at their fingertips. The app allows our
customers to view their policy information, check their payment
schedules, request policy changes, and report claims, all on their
mobile device.
