Lovitt & Touché Announces New Team Members
Magdalena Osborn is now Vice President, General Counsel in
Tempe. She will oversee the firm’s strategic and tactical legal
activities, and assist with operational strategies and initiatives.
Maggie has extensive experience in numerous practice areas
including contract law, employer compliance, employment
and labor law, health law, human resources and litigation.
Matthew Nelson has joined as a Vice President, Sales Executive
in Tucson. He will consult with companies to identify and
implement insurance and employee benefits solutions tailored to
their needs, culture and operations. His primary focus will be in
the construction, healthcare and human resources industries.
Dana Moeller now serves as an Account Executive in Tempe.
She has more than 30 years of industry experience, focusing
on property, casualty and professional insurance, as well as
employment practices and management liability. Dana has
an extensive background in the healthcare, social services,
education, entertainment and manufacturing fields.
Chris Marchant has joined as an Account Executive in
Tempe. He has worked in the commercial and property, and
casualty industry for more than 11 years with a broad range
of experience in construction and industrial casualty.

The Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce recently honored Lovitt & Touché
during its annual Copper Cactus Awards program recognizing some of Southern
Arizona’s top companies in terms of workplace culture, growth and innovation.
Lovitt & Touché was named a “Best Place to Work” for its commitment to employee
satisfaction, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. More than
800 people celebrated the Copper Cactus winners at Casino Del Sol on Sept. 11.
