And when they occur , they are fast and destructive . Cyber threats and aggressions are having a large impact on businesses right now . In 2021 , there was a major uptick in cyberattacks , marking yet another challenging period for the workplace .
Who is accountable for cybersecurity within your organization ? If your answer is the IT department , then your business is setting itself up for failure . Cybersecurity is a business problem that requires collaboration between leadership , operations , relevant specialists , security experts , and IT . Is your team prepared ?
