Claims Staff at HUB International Works on Your Behalf
BY: BARRY HOGAN, PRESIDENT, GAMBLE HUB INTERNATIONAL
O
ne of the hallmarks of HUB
International is their staff
of dedicated insurance brokerage
professionals. Coupled with local offices
located all across North America, this
allows clients to benefit from both the
resources of a large insurance brokerage
firm and the expertise that comes only
from local experts. The dedicated claims
staff at HUB International is
able to work on your behalf
in order to help you move
smoothly through the
claims process with the
insurance company you
are working with.
You never really know how good the
insurance coverage you have is until
you actually need to make a claim. A
large part of our job as your broker is to
make sure you are insured with the right
insurance market. The claims team
working at HUB is there at all times to
help make sure that the claims process
does not hit any bumps in the road and
goes smoothly regardless of the situation.
The concept of a “dedicated” staff may
be a bit foreign to some, so it
bears a bit of explaining:
A dedicated staff is a staff that does
nothing but their specific job. For the
claims staff, this means that they only
handle claims. They are, thus, able to
regularly have interaction with clients
and service providers and know how to
make the process go as smoothly as it
possible can.
Should you have a situation in which you
need to make a claim, don’t hesitate to
contact your broker, and they can work
together with you to get in contact with
our claims specialists.

a pile of papers being shuffled around
distant locales without a second thought.
Fortunately, the way that Gamble HUB
is able to operate their brokerage allows
for coverage and a more intimate level
of service across North America. That,
of course, is a far cry from the typical
way international brokerages are able to
operate. This article aims to explain the
key differences that set Gamble HUB
apart from other insurance brokerages
working in the same market.
The offices of HUB International are
located throughout North America,
from Ontario to Arizona. This allows for
the type of local interaction that clients
expect from their insurance brokers,
even across a broad geographical area.
Further, it assist with bridging the gap
across borders, helping with cross border
communication between disparate offices
located throughout Canada or the United
States. That communication is the means
by which HUB International is able to
provide clients with a seamless transition
of service, regardless of location.
Another aspect of this, of course, is the
ability for clients to get local expertise
from the brokers located close
