The Cal LeGrow Foundation

A

t Cal LeGrow, we believe
in helping pave the way
for brighter futures and
are committed to helping
remove some of the
obstacles faced by young people in
reaching their full potential. With this
in mind, the Cal LeGrow Foundation
was created with a simple mandate: to
create more opportunities for youth in
Newfoundland and Labrador.
At Cal LeGrow, our team of over one
hundred employees shares a common
belief: that giving back is a privilege
and not an obligation. This belief is
put into action through the awarding

of scholarships, charitable donations,
and sponsorships that support academic
and extracurricular initiatives for many
youth across the province.
In fact, since its inception in 2012, the
Cal LeGrow Foundation has awarded
almost a dozen scholarships, proudly
sponsored over thirty organizations,
and donated more than $160,000 in the
pursuit of creating opportunities for
youth in Newfoundland and Labrador.
A hallmark of the Cal LeGrow
Foundation is our scholarship
program. Each year, we award multiple
scholarships of $1,000 to students

registered with an accredited postsecondary institution. This program is
designed for students who demonstrate
excellence in academic achievement
and exhibit a strong commitment to
community involvement.
