vette M. Sanchez was born
and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.
Receiving her real-estate
certification from Hondros
College (Cleveland, OH) in
2004. In 2005, Yvette experienced a very
traumatic event, which altered her life
forever. After the death of her fiancé,
Yvette’s desire to remain in Ohio perished
as well. With $50 to her name, Yvette
packed her bags and moved to Las Vegas,
Nevada.
In 2008, Yvette formed J&Y Property
Preservation, LLC (JYPP); a premier
property preservation company serving
a national spectrum of real estate
brokers, lenders and other stakeholders.
Originating as a partnership venture
to cleaning, securing, restoring and
processing evictions, Ms. Sanchez
quickly identified her own potential,
saw the excellent opportunity to fulfill
her entrepreneurial dream and quickly
negotiated to become the sole owner and
managing member of JYPP.
has allowed Ms. Sanchez to operate as
Chief Executive Officer of a million dollar
industry.
Ms. Sanchez is currently in negotiations
to expand her company to receive
orders from government entities, which
will allow her to open a office in the
Phoenix Arizona market. JYPP stands
as a significant, effective and efficient
minority woman owned and operated
business. JYPP has won several awards
in this field, which has allowed Yvette to
move into next levels and to become a
premier contractor.
In 2016, Yvette formed J&Y Construction
Company (JYCC). JYCC is a residential
and commercial Construction Company
that holds licenses as B2 General,
Concrete, Carpentry and Painting.
Her compassion and expertise set the
standard in the industry. As a talented
disciplined professional she has
maintained to proven track record of
quality service, driven by her desire to
succeed.
Her years of service along with her level
of expertise and several other factors
also contributed to her inclusion. She
prides herself on honesty and integrity.
Her kindness and willingness to always
help others and find solutions to
most questions is both exemplary and
honorable. She has made her mark on
her profession as an expert and will
become part of history as one of the top

In a span of five years, JYPP has grown
from two person crew inclusive of herself
and her son, hauling equipment in the
back of her convertible Chrysler Sebring
to a crew of 17 field workers, 6 processors,
a Process Director, an Administrative
Assistant, and 8 trucks that haul
equipment between job sites. JYPP
currently reports on average 90 work
orders daily and has adjusted to a seven-
