Volunteering / Community service: I started volunteering at a young age, continued into College and adulthood. It’ s important to be involved where you live and I was taught from a young age to leave things better than you found them. I’ ve meet incredible like-minded friends through community service efforts.
Favorite aspect of living in Clinton: The sense of community and pride throughout the wonderful people in Clinton. All of these unique people and passions are what moves Clinton forward and makes it a wonderful community in which to reside.
Best career advice you received: Surround yourself with people who have goals, ambition, aren’ t afraid to try something new and try it again and are good people. When things are tough, continue to take the high road and lean on those in your corner. When you do what you love, it will never feel like work.

Best career advice you have to give: Never settle or get complacent. Keep the train moving forward, get others on board, and continue to challenge yourself.
How you define leadership: Leadership is understanding people, understanding your company goals, surrounding yourself with people who have a shared vision, and then steering them all in the same direction.
