Rideshare ’ s Director of Fleet Sales , Greg Levitz , knows firsthand just how critical that human touch can be when it comes to transportation for residential facilities . Their fleet includes 460 vehicles ranging from mid-size cars to small buses , many of which are wheelchair accessible . Whether a driver needs real-time assistance with a wheelchair lift or a client needs to coordinate rides to appointments , time is of the essence and having access to an experienced representative goes a long way .

“ Our customers realize that they can call us 24 hours a day and not worry about bothering us . I think that ’ s what sets us apart ,” he said . “ We work directly with the customer . We will go out 24 hours a day to take care of a flat tire or a key or a seatbelt that doesn ’ t work . That ’ s the whole idea of the program . It ’ s not about just putting a vehicle on the road . It ’ s about staying with the vehicle , staying with the client and really working with them . They ’ re our partners . That ’ s the bottom line .”
