CONDITIONS OF SHOW ENTRY
Any complaint or dispute must be addressed to the Rider’s Representative. All competitors and their contacts
enter the venue grounds at their own risk. The Committee of the Victorian Reining Horse Association Inc. and
Management of Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre will not be held responsible for any accident, sickness
to any horse, owner, rider, handler or competitor, spectator or property. Competitors who have not previously
signed a Reining Australia waiver form must do so before competing. No conversation by a competitor will take
place with the Judge/s except through the Rider’s Representative. No smoking or the use of mobile phones to be
used by a rider in the warm up arena, marshalling area, during open pen or in the show arena. Werribee Park
National Equestrian Centre Risk Management Conditions must be adhered to at all times. Riders and handlers
using the indoor arenas when not competing must be neatly attired with correct riding boots (no sneakers),
jeans or western pants, neat shirt or top that covers the body (no sleeveless) and western hat or cap. Victorian
Reining Horse Association has been given compensation from Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre to wear
soft hats (cowboy hats) when riding in the indoor arenas only. In all other areas of the venue an approved current
Australian Standard hard helmet must be worn, otherwise the horse will be led. Victorian Reining Horse Association
recommends the use of an approved Australian Standard hard helmet for all competitors. Any accident or injury
is to be reported to the Victorian Reining Horse Association Show Office or Werribee Park National Equestrian
Centre Management.
