es industry, you have to be very careful with
expansion because you don’t necessarily
make more money that way. There’s a bal-
ance and it’s about managing that.”
Not looking to water down the service
via rapid expansion, the organisation in-
stead looks to see growth in a more prac-
tical way via improved service and product
values, instead looking to develop what it
is able to offer to clients rather than tradi-
tional growth in taking on greater volumes
of work. This will see an increased focus on
areas such as the facades of buildings, as
well as in more quality driven areas where
clients are willing to invest a little extra for a
truly market-leading service.
The organisation is also working on its
digital infrastructure, both in terms of in-
ternal technologies as well as Richardson
Roofing website. The launch of the new-
ly-polished website is expected imminent-
ly and will look to clarify the company’s
position in the market and better use the
web to communicate with the market and
showcase the clear level of expertise be-
ing pioneered by the company. We look
forward to seeing how this new approach
towards the web benefits the company in
the coming times.
