Weddings
Pat Ebbing ’07 was engaged to Rachael
Hush on July 2. He graduated from
Marquette University and currently resides
and works in Kansas.
Richie Christie ’09 is engaged to be
married in July, 2014 to Jenna Virant, who
he met while studying at Michigan State
University. The two will be joining the
staff of Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru)
and hope to head overseas at some point
as full-time missionaries.
Jeffrey Malpeli ’01 and his fiancé Gina
Rhea (Marian ’01) officially tied the knot on
Sept. 14. The couple lives in Howell, MI and
enjoys spending time with their alwaysexcitable Boston terrier, Goomba.

married his fiancé, a fellow doctor, Kaci E.
Haines on September 7, 2013. He is in his
second of a five-year Orthopedic Surgery
Residency at the University of Maryland
Medical Center and Shock Trauma Hospital
