The 36th Annual
Brother Rice Golf Outing took place in Clarkston, MI at
Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club (one of Golf Digest’s top 100 public courses) on
Friday, June 7, 2013. The annual golf outing helps current families in financial
need continue to send their son(s) to Brother Rice. 128 golfers participated in
this year’s event helping to raise roughly $15,000 in tuition assistance. Plans
have not been finalized for the 37th Annual Brother Rice Golf Outing, but the
event will take place on Friday, June 13, 2014.

On May 20th, family and
friends of Cullen Haffey came
together to honor his memory
and raise funds to establish
the Cullen Haffey Endowment
Fund. Over 150 golfers and
350 diners enjoyed the day
at the Shenandoah Country
Club. The event raised over
$80,000 to support and
endow The Band of Brothers
Scholarship which will be
awarded annually to a Brother
Rice Sophomore who displays
leadership, good character
and great camaraderie with his
classmates.
