Rice Business Report December 2019 Segment I-2 SH-146 in Mont Belvieu to SH-99 in Baytown Crews continue to work on the frontage roads and bridges in segment I-2. Over the coming weeks and months, the team will be focusing on: Installation of drainage structures along SH-146 and SH-99. Removal of the lift bridge in Baytown on the Cedar Bayou is scheduled for mid-November 2019, weather permitting.
