Crafted from a selection of 13 African Botanicals, including Fynbos, Boekenhout Honey, Rose Geranium and Citrus.
A “new world” style Gin & Tonic, the nose is led by Honeybush, light Juniper and spicy floral nuances. The Juniper is perfectly balanced by the sweet spiciness of Sea Figs, complimented by natural quinine and zest of the tonic, leaving you with a lingering fresh and floral after taste.

Regarding the pairing:
Garnishes are what makes gin so much fun, You can add any garnish and get a different botanical being brought forward on the palate.
CopperFox is a citrus and floral Gin – so adding and of the below garnishes, you will enhance the botanicals.
We recommend Grapefruit or Orange, Any Berries, Figs, Peaches with either Rosemary, Basil or Thyme. Rosemary contains the same chemical constituents as Juniper, so adding this will bring the Juniper flavour to the front of the palate. For more earthy tones, you can try Cinnamon or Star Anise.
Food Pairings – We recommend pairing any cheese or ham, especially if it contains any of the above mentioned garnishes.
Chocolate – Dark chocolates with Citrus notes will work very well in enhancing the 3 citrus in CopperFox.
CopperFox has a 5% alcohol content, which is just short of a double Gin in a Craft Tonic that has imported Quinine from Congo (best Cinchona trees in the world)
