"I've tried overcoming this issue but it's impossible. I was raped 23 June, 2 days before my birthday. On the 26th I tried to commit suicide, which was unsuccessful because the perpetrator was found "not guilty". I'm forced to see him on a daily basis and I still get flashbacks and have nightmares on a regular basis. I really want to kill myself but I'm pregnant as a result of the rape and I don't know what to do. I go for therapy but see no way forward. He has ruined my life and he's still walking free."
"I'm so glad I didn't see the faces of the 2 men that raped me."
"I told my mom I was raped and instead of comforting me and taking the issue to the police, she told me how she grew up in a harsh environment but didn't complain about it. I feel like she wouldn't care whether I live or die and I just want to get away from her."
