Tattoos, a sense of style and love for food...that makes a man and that's Logan Hing. A tech-preneur, model, foodie and general classic man so it should come as no surprise that I really wanted to hear what his favorite dish is and how to prepare it. I've also featured some of his pictures on the back cover this month, a welcoming breather from my own face I'm sure...you're welcome.

"This is one of my favorite Thai inspired dishes, it is a peanut butter chicken noodle dish; which is very easy, quick and convenient to make. The ingredients are simple and once infused a really unique flavor is created.

1. For the sauce you will need 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, light soy sauce and sesame seed oil. 2 tablespoons of honey and peanut butter. 2 teaspoons of fish sauce. 1 garlic clove crushes, 1 red chili, 10 ml of grated ginger and the juice of 1 lemon.

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until they are all blended to a fine smooth consistency.

2. To cook - A handful of green snap beans, 2 carrots, 3 chicken breasts, 1 pepper (I used a half of each color just because it makes the dish look more colorful) and 225 g of instant egg noodle (3 individual portions as this meal serves 3)

Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips, coat a non stick pan with some spray and cook and about a tablespoon of sunflower oil and heat to a medium temperature, Add the chicken strips and fry till they are well cooked. Set them aside after.

Bring the noodles to boil for about 10 minutes until they are soft but still firm

3. Slice the peppers into thin strips

4. Strip the carrots into thin stringy strips by using a grater or alternatively just slice them this way

Lightly stir fry the carrots, peppers and snap beans over a high heat for about a minute and set aside

Add the noodles into serving bowls, add the chicken and stir fried vegetable over and cover it with generous amounts of sauce.

6. To garnish cut up some spring onion, crush about a handful of peanuts and add some fresh coriander.

7. Enjoy "
