MEDICAID QUALIFICATION AND APPLICATIONS
PROBATE, TRUST AND ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Matt appears in probate and superior courts representing executors, administrators,
guardians, trustees and beneficiaries. He appears before the Rhode Island Department
of Human Services in support of client Medicaid applications.
Matt has devoted his practice to advising families needing assistance with a loved one
requiring skilled nursing care. He explains the steps needed to protect their loved ones
and their assets by using Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Powers of
Attorney. He is a frequent author and lecturer, locally and nationally, on Estate Planning
and Medicaid qualification and eligibility.
Matt is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida, as well as the
federal courts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is a member of the
Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida bar associations.
