The Metropolitan Opera
The Met is bringing a bit of joy to your computer
screens with free daily performances
from the past fourteen years of the Met’s Live
in HD series. Tune in at 7:30 p.m. for a new
performance every night. Videos are up for
twenty-three hours (until 6:30 p.m. the following
night) and then they will be rotated out for

Museum Tour
Although museums are closed for in-person
visits, many are offering online or virtual
tours. Locally, Gallery Night Providence
offers virtual tours online and on Facebook.
If you are feeling more of an international
vibe, both the Louvre and the Vatican have
uploaded virtual tours of their world-famous

Learning. Each week Audubon shares a different
theme. One week is owls, another might
be turtles or frogs. Videos and activities will be
posted on Facebook and Instagram, and families
are encouraged to visit Audubon online
for materials, downloads and ideas for family

Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden
Tune in every day at 3 p.m. on the zoo’s Facebook
page for an at home live safari. Learn
about all of the different animals that call the
zoo home. Plus, kiddos can take part in a fun

Cool Math
Kiddos ages thirteen and older can choose
from hundreds of math games that focus on
topics like pre-calculus, algebra and more.
Also check out Cool Math for Kids, which is
geared towards children ages twelve and

Fun Brain
Fun Brain is a site chock-full of educational
games, books and videos for children in grades
preschool through eight. Read favorites like
Diary of a Wimpy Kid or Judy Moody or have
your child sort through a plethora of fun but

Usually, this Newton, Massachusetts-based,
family-owned paint bar has in-person paint
parties, but now it’s offering online classes,
private parties and corporate events via Zoom.
