Brazilian Grill shares the traditions,
culture and food of southern Brazil
with a buffet-style barbecue. A large
variety of beef, pork, lamb and
chicken is slowly cooked over wood
to preserve natural juices and flavors,
and tender morsels are brought to
you on skewers and carved at your
table. We suggest you start with a
light salad course from the salad bar
and then signal the gauchos that you
are ready to begin the rodizio by
turning a card on your table from the
red (I’m full!) to the green side (more
please!). The meal includes unlimited
visits to the buffet, which also features
vegetables, different types of cheese,
pasta, imported prosciutto and
delicious Brazilian hot dishes. For
dessert, take a bite out of the
chocolate cake or the banana
flambada.
WHAT TO EAT: You won’t go hungry
here. For one flat rate, try a plethora
of meat options in this buffet-style
restaurant. We suggest trying one of
everything, but don’t skimp on the
chicken wrapped in bacon, lamb
chops or filet mignon.
