and empowerment questions you have. Rebecca

message forward. In each issue, Rebecca will

select 1 to 3 questions to answer.

Question 1:

Dear Rebecca, what do you do to excite your

courage to move to the next level of your

vision and purpose?

~Dr. Michelle Peticolas, Secrets of Life and Death

Dear Michelle, thank you for your beautiful

question about exciting our courage!.

This is a great question! I believe it’s

important to honor our emptions,

feeling etc. and if we are feeling fear…courage is being willing to feel the emotion of fear

and move through it while feeling it. Part of what can help us step into our courage….be

willing to move through our fear/concern/hesitation/blocks etc. is discovering our “WHY”

Being willing to explore deeply why we want to move forward, why we want to step into our

vision? What is our purpose for doing so…why does this matter to you.

For me, when I’m faced with stretching to a new space; feeling fear or discomfort and know

that this step is on purpose for my vision and what I want to bring forward… I remember

my why. I remember my why and my mission…I want to make a positive difference in the

world heart by heart; life by life. I want people to know the gift that they are, that they are

needed in the world, and that they matter. I want them to be equipped and empowered to

live on purpose and with purpose. This why and mission (purpose) help me be willing to

face fear, grow, take challenging steps…as I am willing to be uncomfortable, stretched,

vulnerable, and step forward it can make a difference for another. So, I evaluate each

opportunity to see…will this help another…and be on purpose? If yes, then I’m willing to

step into my courage; step forward and SHINE!

Dr. Michelle, I look forward to seeing you step into your courage, move your vision

forward, and SHINE!

Question 2:

Dear Rebecca, what advice to you have for a first time author? What makes a book

unique?

~Jamie Harnagel

Dear Jaimie, thank you for your questions about writing! These are great questions! I
