Detoxification is essential for health, including near infrared sauna therapy to eliminate over two dozen of toxic metals and hundreds of toxic chemicals from the body. Many people are toxic today. This is because there are toxins in our food, water, and air. It is best to not start near infrared sauna therapy until you have received your hair analysis results and are following the Increase Your Vitality Program. Everyone is different and not all individuals require near infrared sauna therapy.
Another way to become a star in your life is to find your life’s purpose. You can do this through meditation. I recommend you meditate daily, which will quiet your mind. It is important to be consistent with your meditation and not skip a day. One of my favorite meditations is to lay on your back, legs straight, palms facing down, your arms extended, and close to your body. You can lay on your bed and make sure you close your eyes. Feel the energy in your hands. If your mind wanders off, bring the attention back to your hands.
By quieting your mind, you receive answers from your soul, including your life’s
purpose. Meditation has other benefits, such as improving health, reducing stress, eliminating cravings to binge on food, inner peace, and letting go of negative thoughts.
