I am passionate about being in service to the awakening of humanity. I feel that we are all born with unique gifts to share. Many of us are wounded and live from a place of fear. As a researcher and data scientist, I can show that creating loving cultures at work is good for business. It’s also good for people to thrive and share their gifts. Since corporations are the most powerful entities on the planet, I am encouraging business leaders to create cultures of caring, compassion, and connection, i.e. love. Through this, we all can thrive.

I’m writing books, blogging, and speaking at events and conferences, as well as offering videos, podcasts, webinars and group coaching.
