1. Be an intentional speaker and listener and be okay if a faux pas is made.

2. Accept sincere queries for what they are and provide helpful responses.

3. Don’t allow fear of rejection or backlash to silence you.

I must applaud Cheryl. She was empowered and courageous enough to address with me a couple elephants in the room. I felt good that my vibe told her she could ask me about it without fear of being roasted over an open fire.
