A large credit card company asked me to discover how their leaders could raise the level of performance of their salespeople to heights approaching the top associates. Using our proprietary Expert Performance Mapping Process™, we were able to uncover the differences that made the difference then show managers how to achieve increased performance. Net results: Salespeople grew sales by 38% in just 90 days, a $400 benefit for every $1 spent.

Want to shine brightly? Learn how to be an extraordinary empathic listener who takes a sincere interest in those around him or her. Not only will you build trust, but you will also enrich your life and that of your friends and family.

Dr. Teresa Sanders has spent 14 years advocating for students and parents as a public school teacher, writes education columns four newspapers and is developing an education model specifically for students who are not literate by the end of third grade. As an educator, her goal is to ensure the children she encounters can read, write and calculate basic math

proficiently before the end of third grade. In addition, she works closely with parents whose children have severe behavior problems. Concurrently, she teaches, models, and reinforces the social and coping skills students need to succeed personally and professionally.
