My client had hesitated to use her feminine leadership with her team of mostly men. By
working on her feminine side and bringing it into the conversation at meetings or in one-to-ones, she was able to engage team creativity to find innovative routes to achieve their goal. Through her collaborative leadership, the team reduced the time to market and increased profitability. Most importantly, they all felt part of the success and that their ideas mattered.
