~Share something you are passionate about:

In our world of change, as technological influences are felt, we need better methods to keep pace. Being able to create this transformation is essential to our well- being and business survival.

I have learned a lot about successful strategies to embrace change. We do have the ability to unlearn things that no longer serve us. I continue to study the effects of change on our personal skills and habits.

So, that being said, I really want to help others who desire change. It is a process, however. If there are things that no longer are working and hindering professional

success, I am here to help. When one decides to make changes in their skills and to transform something, it can create stress. I want to help by reducing the stress and making change less effortful. The skill of “unlearning” transformation is my passion.

~What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?

As a researcher in the area of unlearning, I continue to find the missing pieces to help other bring about their personal transformation and unlearn what has become outdated and ineffective due to new knowledge in the world. It is through a better understanding of the science of “unlearning” that we can become better professionals and better people.
