Choosing Joy Naturally

Joy is a choice, just like everything else. To step forward and shine in your life means making conscious choices that will help you get where you want to go, be the person you want to be, and have the success and joy you desire.
This is your year to choose joy and shine from the inside out.
If you are not feeling particularly joyful right now, try asking yourself: “What can I do to bring some joy into my day?”
Even just one small thing can quickly shift your energy toward feeling more joyful. For example:
* Think of 5 things or people for whom you are grateful.
* Move your body and dance like no one is watching.
* Go outside in nature and feel the sun and wind on your face.
* Watch silly cat videos on YouTube.
Focus on the things that bring you joy and watch your joy expand.
One of my favorite ways to bring more joy into my life is to
do something kind for someone else. Sometimes this is as simple as smiling at a stranger, dropping a card in the mail to a friend, or bringing healthy food to an elderly person or new mom.
Essential Oils are one of the quickest and easiest ways I have found to shift my energy in a more positive direction. Essential Oils are natural plant compounds that are highly concentrated. Just a drop (or two) is all that is necessary for a powerful effect.
