relates to communicating about issues of an intimate or sexual nature from their familial, religious or cultural perspectives. Then it will help the reader unravel the mystery of communication between partners to unlock the tools to aid in future discussions with powerful outcomes.

~What are 1-3 tips you can give our reader today to help them step forward in their life powerfully?

1. Consider your upbringing and how that plays a part in your desires. Explore how these things hinder or help? Journal about it then talk to your partner about it.

2. When communication feels intimidating, start with small things.

3. Spend time listening to hear, not listening to respond.

~Will you share a client success story?

Throughout the years I have had so many clients that it is difficult to share just one. Some of my favorite stories are played out in the book to help the reader connect with real situations, many that are consistent with what most couples experience. I have to say however, my favorite couples/stories have to be the ones who come to me after having gotten divorced, but end up remarrying after participating in therapy. They provide hope, no matter how broken, hope is where you make it.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

Communication is the currency of all relationships. The best way to find success is to start talking.

~Any final thought, share, or idea that you would like to share with our readers?

The best form of empowerment for yourself and others is to understand that self-care is not selfish in fact its selfless. When you take better care of yourself you become the best version of yourself to your loved ones and people you care about. You are in better mental, physical and emotional health. This allows you to be more balanced, make better choices, and be more resilient.

Secondly, it’s important to consistently take actions and be focused on your goal to get the visible results you want.
