~Share something you are passionate about:
What breaks my heart is that so many women feel they don’t have a story and it doesn’t matter. What they don’t realize is that their ordinary lives are extraordinary because of the women who are living them. Yes, life is filled with challenges, and it is how you choose to cope with those challenges which shapes who you are. Be inspired by
the wisdom you have achieved through those life challenges then your story becomes an offering of hope and encouragement to someone else. Your story matters!
~What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?
Writing is a tool easily accessible at any time you choose. I encourage everyone to use the magic wand at the ends of their fingertips. What I mean by that is to grab a notebook, pick up a pen and write. Having a conversation with yourself on paper is a great way to capture your dreams! Using my 30-years as a journalist, I work with my clients (one-on-one and in workshops, in persona and virtually) to craft the story the world is waiting to hear from them. Your story matters and no one can tell your story with the insights you have learned and the wisdom you have gained.

My message is to step forward into your life now! Go after whatever it is you have a passion to pursue. Step up today into believing in yourself. Step out of the shadow and shine as the gift you are to the world.
~What are 1-3 tips you can give our reader today to help them step forward in their life powerfully?
The three keys to crafting your story the world is waiting to hear:
1. Write – develop a writing practice of showing up on the page for at least 5-15 minutes every day. Choose a time on the calendar and block it out and keep that appointment with yourself. Set a timer and let your hand move across the page for the entire time. You are taking dictation from your soul.
2. Explore your creativity. Give yourself permission to play with paints or paper crafts.
3. Practice radical self-care. Make yourself a priority by pampering and nourishing yourself in body, mind, and spirit.
~Will you share a client success story?
“Mary was right!” One of my clients exclaimed recently.
She is thriving after some very traumatic life events and felt called to write about the lessons she’d learned from those experiences. Although she was familiar with journaling and had lots of ideas, she struggled with how to wrangle them into anything compelling or coherent. She came to me questioning whether she should start a blog and was concerned about what content to share.
Her question to me: “How do I talk about all this life and death stuff without sounding preachy or whoo whoo?”
“We don’t label it as anything,” I responded. “It’s your truth, and that’s your story.”
We worked together to identify subjects to organize the blog content around. She is using that blog writing strategy and has readers consistently leaning in to comment on her blogs. By sharing her truth, those who recognize themselves in her stories feel that they are no longer alone in their life struggles. They feel seen and heard.
~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?
The first reader any writer has to connect with is the one they see staring back from the mirror. In other words, if you are not compelled by what you are writing no one else will be. So, dig deep in your journal to discover what it is you care about. Get to know the real you on the pages of your journal…warts and all. Then, when you know all of you, introduce those parts you wish to make known to the rest of us. Discover your WHY and share that with the world so that your ideal clients will recognize immediately you hold the answer to their dilemma.

thread of your life, lessons, experiences,
gifts that will lead to your purpose.
Accept your purpose, align with it and ask for divine resources, help and support on your path.
Do your work to know yourself better and be your best friend and ally in good times and challenging times.
~Will you share a client success story?
Michelle is one of my European clients. She was totally immersed in a love relationship with a romantic, non-committed men. During the channeling she was encouraged to learn the lesson and move forward as the Universe has something much better in store for her. She did not listen to the advice and went through more pain and betrayal for another few months until she could not take it anymore. We worked on healing her mind, heart and body and in just 3 months she met a kind soul, a doctor like herself and now they are happily married.
~What tip or piece of advise can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?
Start your day with joy and intention. Be grateful for another day of love, divine blessings and pleasant surprises and give yourself permission to observe and acknowledge them in the moment as they happen for you. I promise you they will.
